SMS Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This SMS Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how MyLTCApps, operated by Anton Technologies LLC ("MyLTCApps", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you opt in to receive text (SMS) messages through the MyLTCApps platform at myltcapps.com. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to this Policy and our SMS Terms & Conditions.
2. Information we collect
When you opt in to our SMS program, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Date and time of opt-in
- IP address at the time of opt-in
- Device user-agent at the time of opt-in
- The version of this Policy you consented to
- Any subsequent opt-out events
3. How we use your information
We use the phone number you provide solely to send you operational SMS messages, which may include:
- Meal-order ready notifications
- Open shifts needing coverage
- Weather and emergency alerts
- Task assignments and reminders
- Account and service notifications
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is event-driven. A typical user receives between zero and ten messages per week. Volume may be higher during emergencies, weather events, or active shift-coverage campaigns.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text-message and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to each message sent or received. MyLTCApps does not charge you to receive messages. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
6. Sharing of information — SMS opt-in data is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Specifically:
- We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your mobile phone number.
- We do not share your mobile phone number with advertisers, data brokers, marketing partners, or affiliates.
- We do not use your mobile phone number to send you third-party advertising.
- Your phone number is processed only by our SMS delivery vendor (currently ClickSend Pty Ltd.) acting strictly as a service provider on our behalf to deliver the messages you opted in to receive. The vendor is contractually prohibited from using your number for any other purpose.
- We may disclose information only if required by law, court order, or to investigate suspected fraud or violations of our terms.
7. How to opt out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message.
- Turning off the "Text alerts" toggle on your My Account page in MyLTCApps.
- Contacting your facility administrator, who can disable SMS for your account.
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

9. Consent is voluntary
Opting in to SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, purchase, or use of MyLTCApps. Declining or revoking consent will not affect any other service provided to you.
10. Data security and retention
Mobile numbers and opt-in audit records are stored in our Supabase-hosted Postgres database with row-level security policies that restrict access. We retain opt-in audit records for as long as your account is active, plus a period reasonably necessary to respond to carrier audits and legal inquiries.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and may require you to re-consent before continuing to receive messages. The version of the Policy you agreed to is stored on your account record.
